Absolutely, Amelia. Good education and healthcare can make a huge difference. I think Minneapolis is often underrated in these discussions. It has excellent healthcare, good schools, and a reasonable cost of living, plus it’s very bike-friendly.
I agree with all of you, but I’d like to add the entertainment industry. AI is being used to create more immersive video games, realistic special effects in movies, and even generate music. The creative possibilities are endless!
I’m optimistic about AI. It’s true that some jobs will disappear, but new roles will emerge that we can’t even foresee right now. Look at how the internet has transformed our job market. AI could do the same but on a larger scale.

Cities like Austin have a relatively lower cost of living compared to places like San Francisco or New York, yet still offer plenty of amenities and job opportunities. Being able to afford a decent quality of life is essential.
